キャンプやテント泊登山等で使用するグランドシートを検証しました。これは是非キャンパー、登山者の皆さんに見て頂ければと思います。かなり良い実験だと思います。薄いですがやはりグランドシートは必要になります。およそ5度程底冷えを軽減してくれます。※但し環境によって変動します。底冷えはオールシーズン就寝時に温めるとね寝易くなります。特に冬は必須になります。ただ素材や厚さ等によって変わってきますのでご注意下さい。
私個人ではタイペックシートが軽くて反射面もあり良いかなと思ってます。ただしこれもあくまで自然・環境を無視した状態での実験検証です。人等の熱源等も特に反射面があるやつ等は変わってくる可能性はあります。しかし人の事を想うのであれば、なんで登山系ユーチューバーさんやメーカー等はこんな大事な事しないのであろうか疑問。まあユーチューブ運営ってセンスないんで視聴回数等が上がらないんでしょうね。んでご参考程度にお願いします＾＾あ、最近ではあの透明なビニール袋みたいなものもグランドシートに活用してるみたいですね。ご自身にあったグランドシートをご使用下さい。

We have verified the ground sheet used for camping and mountaineering in
tents. I hope that all campers and climbers will see this. I think it's a
pretty good experiment. Although it is thin, a ground sheet is still
necessary. It reduces the bottom coldness by about 5 degrees. *However, it
varies depending on the environment. The cold bottom will be easier to sleep
if you warm it at bedtime in all seasons. Especially in winter it is a must.
Please note that it will vary depending on the material and thickness.
I personally think that the typec sheet is light and has a reflective
surface. However, this is also an experimental verification in a state where
nature and the environment are ignored. There is a possibility that the heat
source of people, etc., especially those with reflective surfaces, will
change. However, if I think about people, I wonder why mountaineering
YouTubers and manufacturers do not do such an important thing. Well, I don't
have a good sense of YouTube management, so the number of views etc. will
not increase. I'd like to use it as a reference ^^ Ah, recently, it seems
that things like transparent plastic bags are also being used as ground
sheets. Please use the ground sheet that suits you.
