It's training.
The climb was around 34 minutes and the descent was around 18 minutes.
It was hot again today, and I ran out of stamina mid-climb. I was so sweaty that I took frequent breaks to wipe my sweat.
Several Northern Giant Hornet workers were gathered in the sap field.
I saw "hawks migration" at the summit of the mountain, where three older men were observing it.
At the foot of the mountain, red spider lilies were in full bloom.

トレーニングです。
登り34分台、下り18分台でした。
今日も暑くて、登攀途中でスタミナ切れとなりました。流汗淋漓で汗拭き休憩頻回でした。
山巓では「鷹の渡り」が見られました。
「鷹ひとつ見つけてうれし 五井の山」(笑)
