��7/10ショップでポチリ！購入時の発送先Shipping Addressにスピアネットでもらったアドレスを指定します。
発送は急がないのでFREE Economy (8-14 Bus. Days)アメリカ国内無料ということだと思います…にしました。
��Billing Addressにはクレジットカードは日本のカード（Visa)を使用し、
日本の住所、氏名、カード番号、セキュリティコードなどを入力します。
Paypalも使用可能ですがPaypalは事前登録が必要です。
オンラインでクレジットの請求が見られるならば登録まで4，5日かかります。
始めに200円の請求があり、請求元として4ケタの認証番号が表示されます。
その番号をオンラインで登録するとクレジットカードとPaypalの連携ができます。
クレジットの請求がオンラインで見られないと（郵送での請求書の確認になると）さらに登録まで時間がかかると思われます。

クレジットカードのエラーということ。

Thanks for the email and for placing your order. We want to get your order processed right away, but we need some information from you first. This is because you’re using a credit or debit card that was issued outside the United States. We can’t verify the billing information for those types of cards, so we’ll need you to give us some verification. I’ve explained everything below, and I apologize if this causes a small delay. We only take these measures to guarantee the security of all of our customers.
There are two ways you can verify your payment on this order. First, we have charged a small amount under $3 USD to your card. You can either view your online statement or contact your bank or card issuer to find out exactly how much we charged to your card, then send us an email with that exact amount.
Don't be surprised if it takes 2-3 business days for the charge to appear. Once we get that information from you we'll get your order processed right away.
If you cannot find the charge amount you can contact your bank or card issuer and get what's called the "authorization code". This is also sometimes called the "approval code" for the purchase. It's a six or seven digit number specifically attached to this transaction. Once you get this number from your bank or card issuer, just give it to us and we'll be able to get your order shipped out.
Once you've given us one of those two things, you will never have to go through this again with the card that you've used on this order. In the future, if you wish to avoid this whole process, you can always pay with a PayPal account instead of a credit or debit card. If you do that, we won't require you to verify the order, and it won't be delayed.
どうやらアメリカ以外の発行のクレジットなので認証できないよう。
後日3ドル以下の請求を出すのでクレジットカード会社にその承認番号"authorization code"を聞き出せというメールらしい。
Paypalだったらこんな面倒なことにはならなかったかも…。
��7/16 Visaのクレジットカードオンラインサービスで未請求の照会をするとMoosejawから1.62ドルの請求があったのでクレジットカード会社に電話。
確認のため少し待たされたが、カード持ち主には承認コードを教えられませんとの返事。ただ、請求したショップには教えることができるということ。
なので英文で返事を送る。こんな英文でいいのか？？

英語全然だめでも翻訳サイトなどを活用してなんとかなりました。
小物などは送料や手数料を考えると日本で買った方がいいかもしれませんね。

僕の場合は「電話してこい！！」と言われたので、出来るわけもなくキャンセル
諦めきれず購入代行でゲットしましたが、

でも円高ですから海外のセールは見逃せませんね。
