🙂 のんびり入山です。空にはどんより雲が覆ってますが、千畳敷カールから街並みは綺麗に眺められました。思っていたより寒い。遊歩道までの観光でもダウンやマフラー、手袋などの防寒対策をオススメします。🙂We entered the mountain a little late.🕙
The sky was covered with clouds, but we had a beautiful view of the cityscape from Senjozhiki Curl（千畳敷カール）. It was colder than I expected. I recommend you to wear warm clothes such as down jacket, scarf, and gloves even for sightseeing to the promenade.

溶けかけた雪や浮石などで滑りやすい箇所もありますが、乗越浄土への急登をクリア。寒いですが、登っていると汗がダラつくほど暑い。ハードシェルの前を開けて涼をとります。We cleared the steep climb up to Nokkoshi Jodo（乗越浄土）, although there were some slippery spots due to melting snow and unstable stones. かなり視界が悪く暴風になってきました。持参した手袋が完全防水ではなかったので、雪やみぞれが染み込み手がキンキンに冷たい。岩を掴んで歩いたりするので、完全防水の手袋をおすすめします。The visibility was quite poor and it was becoming stormy. かなり視界が悪く暴風になってきました。持参した手袋が完全防水ではなかったので、雪やみぞれが染み込み手がキンキンに冷たい。岩を掴んで歩いたりするので、完全防水の手袋をおすすめします。

下山中、雷鳥に出会えました。すっかり羽が白いので気づきにくいですが、人を恐れて逃げることもないので近くで眺められます。カエルのようなおもしろい鳴き声です。他にもホシガラスやイワヒバリを見ることができました。
While descending the mountain, I came across a ptarmigan（雷鳥）. It is hard to notice because its feathers are completely white, but it is not afraid of people and does not run away, so you can watch it up close. It has an interesting sound like a frog.
We also saw a nutcracker（ホシガラス） and a Alpine accentor（イワヒバリ）.

カールに戻りロープウェイの千畳敷駅が見えてきました。もうこの辺りの標高では雪が雨になり、風も止んできました。山頂ランチが叶わなかったので、駅の脇で腹ごしらえをしたり、お土産を見たりして過ごします。
今の時期のロープウェイは30分おきで下りの終電は16:00。余裕をもって15:30の便で下界へ。おつかれさまでした😙

We could not have lunch at the summit, so we ate our lunch at the plaza near the station. We bought souvenirs in front of the station.
The ropeway is every 30 minutes this season and the last train down is at 4:00 p.m. We took the 3:30 p.m. train. It was a good mountain trip. 😙

感想
はじめての雪山。万全のつもりが足りない装備が浮き彫りに。ロープウェイの助けもあるため雪山高山の試験的山行に丁度よかったです。
寒さのせいで途中スマホの電源が落ちて入らなくなってしまったためGPS記録が正確ではないかもしれません。
🏔反省点
・雪山の手袋は完全防水にしたい
・吹雪き山行にはゴーグルも検討
・ホッカイロは全く役に立たない（ハクキンカイロに興味津々）
・寒さで水分補給を忘れがちなので意識的に飲む
・手袋でも補給しやすい行動食にする
My first time in the snowy mountains. I thought I was well prepared, but there was some equipment missing. With the help of the ropeway, it was just right for a test trip to a snowy alpine high mountain.
The GPS record may not be accurate because my phone turned off and on during the trip due to the cold.
🏔Reflections
・I want to make sure that gloves for snowy mountains are waterproof.
・I would consider goggles for snowstorms.
・Hot-air warmer is not useful at all. I am very interested in Hakkin warmer（ハクキンカイロ）.
・I tend to forget to hydrate in the cold, so I will drink consciously.
・I want to bring snacks that are easy to replenish even with gloves.
